Community

Royal Leamington Spa DFAS supports a wide range of projects and activities within the local community as well as supporting our Young Arts and Volunteer activities.

Recent donations have included:

• Donation to the Arts Fund Staffordshire Hoard Appeal
• Funds to enable purchase of materials to restore the arms and weapon collection at The Lord Leycester Hospital, Warwick.
• Donation to the Public Catalogue Foundation for the Warwickshire edition of the catalogue of oil paintings in public ownership.
• Donation towards the newly commissioned hand built organ in Stratford-upon-Avon's medieval Guild Chapel.
• Donation towards the restoration of the Christmas Crib at Coventry Cathedral
• Restoration of two classical statues in the Assembly Rooms at the Royal Pump Rooms, Leamington Spa
• Corporate membership of Leamington Music
• Provision of paintings to hang on the walls of Heathcote Rehabilitation Hospital
• Restoration of the Lady Alice Duchess Dudley monument in Stoneleigh Church
• Creation of replica costumes and hats for both The Pump Room Museum and Warwick Museum
• Restoration of vestments and altar cloth at St. Mary Magdalene's Church, Lillington
• Re-gilding of the candlesticks on the altar at Coventry Cathedral
• Donation to the Association of Midlands Artists Exhibition
• Corporate membership of Warwick Arts Society
• Sponsorship of Ex Cathedra concert for Warwick Music Live
• Corporate patronage of Playbox Theatre
• Donation of art books to Southam College and Campion School.
• Funds to enable the purchase of materials and loan of art works to contribute to an Arts Week being staged by St.Anthony's Primary School.
